Appraisal and Conditional Approval
The lender will order an appraisal and underwriting will review all documentation for a conditional approval.
Final Approval
Once final documentation is received the lender and title will prepare for closing.
Closing
A title company prepares documents. You will have your final walk through of the property. You review and sign all documents to finalize the transaction. Welcome home!
